Week 27 - December 31, 2018

This week was super good. I was pretty sick and so sometimes working was hard when you just feel super not good but rhea was confirmed a member of the church yesterday! He's the man! And he's been to the outer banks so that's super fun to talk to him about it. We are teaching some other people that are cool and we will see what happens with them! We found a cool family who is interested and just need to keep teaching them and see where it goes with them! I hope they find this to be the truth! We found an 11 year old who's mom is a member and asked her mom if she would like to baptize her kid and she said yes. Her name is tiza. We have taught tiza two lessons. Hopefully she will get baptized in the coming weeks. We also got the chance to meet and spend some time with a member who is like 86 years old and got to know her and do some service last night. She lives by herself in a care home and is super lonely so it was fun to spend some time with her and give her company. I feel like serving people and Making friends on the mission is just as important as baptizing. Like I said working is hard while you are sick. One time we were teaching a lady and I literally fell asleep right there for an hour. My comp came through though and held down the ship :) Christmas was super fun of course because I got to say what's up to the family! Shoutout to all of the family and friends that sent packages. I appreciate it so much. Letters and packages are literally the best thing ever on the mission! Other than that the mission is good and I hit 6 months on the mission so I got to burn a tie! Love you guys!
